How do I set up a tour to come view the venue?

All of our available tour times are right on our website! Just click Contact & Tours and send us your information and we will put you on our calendar.

What is the parking situation?

Street parking is ample after 4pm during the weekday! There are also lots within walking distance on Spot Hero.

What happens if the bar package time is finished and we want to keep drinking?

No worries, just talk to your venue manager about extending the bar for another hour for $15 per person or moving to a cash bar and we can accommodate you.

Can we do a BYOB package and just pay a fee for outside alcohol?

We do not allow outside alcohol to be brought in. However, we have a full liquor license and would be happy to make accommodations for special requests when necessary!

Is gratuity included?

We add 20% gratuity to all bar packages. If you want to tip our bartenders extra of course they appreciate it.

Do you allow persons under the age of 21?

Of course!! We have a soft drink package for people under 21 or non-drinkers.

What are the music options?

We always encourage you to bring in one of our preferred DJs but in case that is not of interest, we can run Spotify through our speaker system for you. We also are equipped for a band or musician!

Is your space handicap accessible?

Sure is! We have a handicap elevator. Just let your venue manager know so that we can make sure it is ready upon arrival.

Are tables and chairs included in the venue rental?

They sure are! We have hightop tables, round tables, and rectangular tables available. They will need linens which your caterer can provide for you. We have 2 chair options for you to choose from as well if you choose to go the seated route. All of our luxe lounge furniture is included as well!

We have a video we’d like to show, do you have A/V equipment?

Yes, we have the AV equipment necessary to run your video through our system. We do ask that you have someone to run the video and bring your own laptop and we will supply the HDMI connector. We do recommend a test run prior to your event. We want to ensure everything runs properly!

We want to add some special touches to our event, do you have recommendations?

Absolutely, that’s what we are here for! Contact us for ideas and browse our vendor list. We have vendors that can offer fun games, inflatables, lighting, and so much more to make your event stand out.

Do we have to use one of your exclusive caterers?

We do ask that you use one of our amazing exclusive caterers. All of our vendors listed have worked within our space numerous times and know how to execute the perfect event which makes them our top picks!

Do we have to use your other preferred vendors, DJs, florists, etc?

While we love all of our preferred vendors we are open to bringing in your preference of outside vendors. We chose ours due to their excellent execution they have provided in the past, but this is not a must from us.

Can we drop off or ship items to your venue prior to the event?

Absolutely! Please reach out to your venue manager to check availability.

Are there hotels or lodging nearby?

The West Loop has lots of options for hotels and overnight stays. The Hyatt House West Loop and The Publishing House are just a short uber ride away!

What are your Covid 19 policies?

Our staff is fully vaccinated and will be wearing masks throughout the duration of your event. The safety of our guests and staff is paramount and we will adhere to all guidelines and regulations that are currently in place by the City of Chicago.
